(ii) HOSPITALS: When developing projects related to healthcare-infrastructures, the aim is always to bring the highest possible efficiency based on our knowledge on this sector. The whole project follows a complex process that is under continuous supervision in order to guarantee a successful establishment and growth. (iii) M&A: WHM professionals specialize in opportunities to create value by means of developing business platforms both through buying and consolidating companies with similar activities (so-called ‘build-up' processes), and through driving and financing the organic and inorganic growth of these companies.
