For the property manager, Spruce reduces the growing burden of managing 20+ different providers arriving each day, and provides security and oversight for the entire property. Spruce also helps local housekeeping and cleaning businesses build economies of scale in their operations with tech-enabled solutions so that they can compete in the modern economy. These local partnerships help Spruce provide a higher quality service than is achievable through independent contractors, and Spruce passes scale benefits through to residents in the form of lower prices.
