Alma società tra avvocati and LED Taxand tax law firm have created a new, fully integrated professional reality: Alma LED. Thanks to this integration, Alma LED can rely on a team of more than 60 professionals, working in Milan, Rome and Luxembourg. The affiliation between the two firms consolidates their respective positions in the market, and aims at combining Alma's legal expertise with LED's tax competencies to provide greater value to their clients. Alma LED continues to benefit from Taxand network, the world's largest independent tax organisation with over 550 tax partners and 2.500 tax advisors in 50 countries. Alessandro Corno takes over as Managing Partner, while Guido Arie Petraroli leads the tax division and coordinates the activities with Taxand.
