Our Mission Statement "To provide the best quality tyres at the most affordable prices with a level of service that surpasses customer's expectations" Tyre King Enterprises Ltd. Became an incorporated company in April 1995 and opened its first shop on Malasha Road Lusaka that same month. Tyre King now operates 14 branches of which 13 are fully fitted service centers, in the principal cities of Lusaka, Kitwe, Ndola and Choma. Tyre King will soon be opening a branch in solwezi in a bid to increase our national foot print. Tyre Kings objectives are to continue increasing its market share in the Tyre sector, refine its supply in auto accessories, expand our tyre/tube operations, broaden our tyre supply into the mining sector and consolidate our position as the best value for money tyre supplier in Zambia. In the future we plan to expand our service sector to include the repair of steering and suspension of vehicles by providing spare parts i.e shocks, brakes etc., Improve our stock and supply lines, review the potential market in the south of Zambia, update our alignment capabilities and continue our expansion plans. Quality Assurance It is our policy to maintain a quality system within Tyre King appropriate to meeting these objectives. Our area managers will attend to you in all areas of quality and offer technical training to your staff on how to use tyres profitably. He will also ensure that all your concerned employees are fully informed of the product. Our quality training on tyre knowledge is comprehensive and practical based on delivering customer satisfation and enhancing the value of using Tyre King's products. Our tyres have conformed to import Quality Certificate by Zamba Bureau of Standards "ZS 437" standards
