The Kindling Trust is a not for profit social enterprise with charitable aims The Kindling Trust is working towards a just and ecologically sustainable society. No one element of our work is unique; what is pioneering is the combination of all of the following into one Greater Manchester organisation: Sustainable Production. Through innovative enterprises and co-operatives like Manchester Veg People and FarmStart, we are creating jobs and helping to develop a low-carbon economy. Sustainable Living. We support people to make greener choices by, for example, volunteering with the Land Army and increasing access to affordable, healthy & sustainable food. Sustainable Activism. We campaign for the kind of society we need through our partnerships with international food sovereignty groups and the FeedingManchester network.
