We enable people to access their communities and have a broad range of experiences. Mission New Horizons is committed to providing individualized support services for people with physical, developmental or social impairments, enabling them to live independent and productive lives. Description New Horizons has been established to support the development and delivery of sustainable local services for people with specials needs and their families. Our aim is to ensure that people have a real choice of services offering unique solutions to each individual's requirements. We aim to enable people to participate in their communities, and provide each individual accessing our services the opportunity to have their own unique experiences in life.
