Two extremes exist within the recruiting space. Hiring managers choose either between posting their vacancies on job portals or working with a headhunter to source for qualified candidates. Job portals are an inexpensive way to reach a very wide network of job seekers, but this also means hiring managers need to spend an inordinate amount of time to screen the resumes to find the best candidate for the role. Using headhunters saves hiring managers' time as they do the screening and present the most qualified candidates for consideration, however, they often cost an arm and a leg. We set up idna to mitigate these 2 polarities. We believe that good candidate research forms the bedrock of recruiting. Unlike a headhunting firm, our fees are specific to the research done as we do not conduct any interviewing or shortlisting. In fact, we help many recruitment agencies in their candidate research as well. We are not only about recruiting. As a result of our work in supporting the recruitment needs of our clients, we have also been asked from time to time to help them with employer branding in order to attract the best candidates to the company.
