PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk - CSRA

PT Cisadane Sawit Raya was established on 28 October 1983 by the former Mr. Rudi Suhenda and former Mrs. Johanna Wirjoprawiro, who had been business partners for more than 25 years. Mr. Rudi Suhenda had an extensive background in the palm oil trade and palm oil-based soap productions. On the other side, Mrs. Johanna Wirjoprawiro had years of experience in trading. In September 2019, the shareholders agreed to change the Company into a publicly listed company and made an initial public offering of shares on January 2020 with ticker code CSRA. Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk. has developed palm oil plantations in Labuhan Batu District, North Sumatra. The first palm oil tree was planted in 1990 in Sei Tampang, Negeri Lama. The Company also has a Palm Oil Mill (POM) in the plantation area which began operating in 2007 with a capacity of 60 tons per hour to process fresh fruit bunches (FFB) into crude palm oil (CPO). The Company currently has six subsidiary entities, the majority of which were acquired as greenfield projects. The six subsidiary entities are PT Samukti Karya Lestari (SKL) located in South Tapanuli District, North Sumatra; PT Sukses Sawit Gasing (SSG), PT Abiputra Bina Inter (ABI), and PT Bintang Kenten Lestari (BKL) in Banyuasin District, South Sumatra;PT Ina Zefanya Ataya (IZA) in North Musi Rawas District and PT Daya Agro Lestari (DAL) in Musi Rawas District, South Sumatra.Up until now, the Company has palm oil plantations with an area of 29,000 hectares out of which 17,500 hectares has been planted, and the FFB production reaching 260,000 tons per year. The Company and its subsidiaries have approximately 3,500 employees.
