Royco was established in 1976 by the pioneer Roy Stanley Cocker. During the three decades of business, Royco has sold interests in Port Services Limited and merged/formed a transportation company Nuku'alofa Stevedoring Limited and sold it in 2010. Currently, Royco own and manage a unique portfolio of construction, transportation and commercial property in Tonga. Royco's assets perform a key role in providing Tonga with the following: 1. Ready Mix Concrete supplied in accordance with Australian & New Zealand Standards through a 50% stake in Royco Ready Mix Concrete Company Limited (RM). 2. Imported quality portland cement 3. Premium construction sthrough the Fletcher Royco Joint Venture (FRJV) in conjunction with Fletcher Construction Company South Pacific (New Zealand) 6.
