Urbensis is an international team of architects and builders who develop residential projects with their investors. We design and build precise architecture that arises from a genuine understanding of the cultural, ecological and economic specificity of each place. Focus that our investors share with us in the search for real estate opportunities and in the subsequent enhancement through good design and construction. An example of this has been the conversion into a hotel of an obsolete structure in the city of Barcelona, numerous flat renovations in Madrid, or the recovery of a centennial rural property in Alicante.
