Developing two large-scale residential projects named Diamond Island (8ha island on Thu Thiem zone) and Metropolis Thao Dien (8ha). Both are located at Dist. 2 - Ho Ch Minh City with total investment of US$1bil. 1) Diamond Island is a luxury residential project designed by the renowned Arata Isozaki (Japanese) with total investment of US$350mil. This 8ha island project is under construction and to be finished in early 2011. 2) Metropolis Thao Dien is a mixed-use property project with total CFA of 700,000sqm including a shopping mall of 140,000sqm, located right on the center of Dist.2 - the expanded center of Ho Chi Minh City. Piling construction is starting in 2009.
