Height for Hire has been in business for nearly 40 years and has always been at the forefront of working safely at height. Today, it has over 2,000 access machines and operates from 20 locations across four countries - Ireland, the UK, Hungary and Slovakia. The company has always been driven by a pioneering spirit that has led us to become a market leader with the widest range of cherry pickers in Ireland and the UK. It is the same spirit and drive that allows us to get closer to our customers, rolling out locations across the country, so that more people can work at height safely. Our machines are used by a variety of sectors including Construction, Facilities Management, Wind Energy, Telecommunications, Utilities, Energy from Waste and Film and TV. We play an integral role in the successful completion of projects such as the Olympic Games in London, the construction of The Kelpies in Scotland – the world's largest equine sculpture, the redevelopment of Landsdowne Road and Croke Park. We have also helped erect stages for world renowned acts such as U2 and Ed Sheerin. We have featured on film sets from Game of Thrones in Ireland to Die Hard 5 in Budapest. We have witnessed many heroes pass the finish line or score the winning goal at live sporting events. We make sure our customer gets the job done right first time. We do this by embracing technology and using a panel of inhouse experts to build robust operational systems that close the loop and give our customers a quality service every time.
