(Alpine) is a professional services organization that provides program and psychometric consultation, test development and validation services, candidate, credential & exam data management via CertMetrics, and comprehensive security solutions to certification, certificate, licensure, and education testing programs. Our staff specializes in general psychometric consultation in the context of applicable policy and program design, evaluating and auditing programs, developing validation frameworks, conducting test development and validation projects (e.g., job analysis, blueprint development, item development, item and form analysis, forms assembly, standard setting and equating, security analysis), and credential management for small- and large-scale testing programs of national and international reach. We are proud to be a member of The Association of Test Publishers (ATP) and The Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE). Psychometric staff are members of the National Council for Measurement in Education (NCME), International Test Commission (ITC), and the Northern Rocky Mountain Educational Research Association (NRMERA).
