New Vistas Corporation is a fully bonded and insured New Jersey based real estate development and management company with offices in Northfield and Woodbridge, New Jersey, and Morton and Allentown, Pennsylvania. We manage, develop and own commercial and residential properties throughout the tri-state region. We are actively managing 300 properties on behalf of third party clients. Our in-house capabilities include real estate management, development, construction (new construction and rehabilitation), brokerage, and leasing. Currently, New Vistas Corporation manages over 250 properties throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. These projects consist of over 5,000 residential units, one million square feet of commercial space, and 300 retail stores. In the last two years, New Vistas has been appointed to over 150 receiverships. New Vistas Corporation has four basic divisions: Property Asset Management, Development, Realty, and Construction.
