The company SPORTDATA SERWIS Sp. z o.o. has been operating on the market since 2003 and from the very beginning of its existence, it has been involved in the creation and implementation of systems and equipment dedicated to: sports facilities, recreational facilities, fair venues, conference facilities, sports events, concert events and events taking place in the open air, catering facilities , clubs and discos, hotels and resorts, sports and recreation centers. For 15 years of operation on the market, we have managed to develop a model of operation that allows us to adjust our offer to customers operating in various industries. Thanks to the use of modular construction in our systems, we can flexibly choose solutions to the needs of even the most demanding customers. Thanks to the constant observation of the dynamically changing market, we have the opportunity to modify our products on a regular basis so that they meet the strict requirements of the law and remain innovative against the background of competitive technological solutions. Through constant communication with our customers, we constantly improve the functionality of our systems so as to best adapt them to individual needs. In the pre-implementation period, we comprehensively prepare, among others investment cost estimates, functional and utility programs, detailed designs. We are also able to advise the client on issues related to the selection of the number and type of devices, as well as software depending on his needs and the specificity of the facility. During the implementation period, we conduct training for users (administrators, managers, cashiers) and provide technical support after the system is launched. We also provide full service during the warranty and post-warranty period as well as HELP DESK and CALL CENTER services, we also carry out periodic technical inspections of equipment and software upgrades.
