Inflamax Research Inc. is a full service Contract Research Organization (CRO) specializing in allergy, asthma, ocular surface disease, and dermatology. We have a unique capability with our new next generation Environmental Exposure Chambers (EEC) that are used to study allergic rhino-conjunctivitis and asthma. We also provide clinical trial services using both traditional field and allergen challenge models such as: Conjunctival Allergen Challenge (CAC), Nasal Allergen Challenge (NAC), and Bronchial Allergen Challenge (BAC) models. We also have experience in MRTP studies including addiction potential and switch studies. We have developed and validated ‘the next generation' in EEC technologies which better mimics patients' everyday allergen exposure. The airflow within the EEC is engineered to suspend and thoroughly mix airborne pollen grains. Both systems and clinical validation results show allergen exposures are highly specific, accurate, and precise, which improves research outcomes. We have developed a unique validated Mobile EEC system. We can provide an EEC in any geographic location globally for use in large multi site studies. The EEC is particularly useful in defining a population for study; the EEC ensures patients who are truly allergic will be enrolled in a study.
