Over 500 Ayurvedic doctors and umpteen healthcare professionals serve more than 8,000 patients across 1,800 cities and towns, per day. All of this amounted to serving more than 1.5 million patients with over 20 million consultation hours. The three Jiva MRC in Faridabad, Pune and Indore are dedicated spaces for intensive experiments and thorough examination .The Jiva Ayurveda Clinics are a chain of over 80 integrated centers spread across 17 states where patients could visit for personal consultation. In 2018, Jiva Ayurveda became the first in the world to use Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to establish protocols for precise Ayurveda treatment—Ayunique™. In collaboration with Common Service Centres (CSCs) in 2.5 lac villages, Jiva provided authentic Ayurvedic treatment through video conferencing within these villages and made medicines available at the doorstep of villagers across the length and breadth of the nation.
