TinkerLabs is a Mumbai-based innovation training and consulting agency established in 2014. We help businesses and social organisations diagnose complex problems and design interventions that create meaningful, sustained impact. We believe that even the biggest, darkest, most complex problems have some weak points waiting to be discovered. We find and tackle these challenges by combining Design Thinking and Behavioural science to create meaningful, sustained impact. The diversity of our team exposes us to different perspectives and ways of understanding and engaging with the people we design for.
