Since December 2014, the new Reig Jofre is the pharma company resulting from the merger between Laboratorio Reig Jofre SA and the publicly traded company Natraceutical SA, which resulted in the fifth Spanish pharma company listed on the stock exchange (ticker: RJF). Reig Jofre directs its activity to the research, development, manufacturing and marketing of medicines and food supplements, as well as to the specialized manufacturing for third-parties. The company focuses its R&D on the development of new indications and/or dosage forms of known active principles, generics with special focus on beta lactam and lyophilized injectable antibiotics, topical dermatological products, OTCs and nutritional supplements, as well as on the development of innovative molecules in partnership with start-ups and research centers.
