Our history begins when two Brazilian executives from large sized multinational companies with international experience, decided that was time for them to have their own company and put all their professionalism, experience, energy and passion into the property management universe. Therefore, Absolut Homes was created... We are a customer centric company, our plans and activities are totally based on our customer´s behavior, preferences and motivations. And by working as a property management company, we do have a multiple types of customers, such as our homeowners, partners and ultimately our guests. Marketing is at heart of everything that we do, but many people believe that marketing is just about advertising or sales. However, we believe that marketing is everything a company does to acquire customers and maintain a relationship with them. Even the small tasks like writing thank-you emails, playing golf with a prospective client, returning calls promptly and meeting with a past client for lunch can be thought of as marketing.
