S2 Capital was founded in 2012 to build a national multifamily investment platform specializing in value add properties. S2 has acquired over $7.5 billion in multifamily (approximately 46,000 units) and successfully invested over $500 million in upgrades and renovations. Its affiliate, S2 Construction LLC, has managed construction/rehabilitation at all of its projects.
