Whateley Capital Investments is a UK based independent private equity investment company, investing and acquiring successful lower mid-market businesses in the professional & financial services sector. In our start-up phase we are looking to add businesses to our portfolio of the following types: consultants, accountants, solicitors and recruiters up to £5M turnover. As our strategy evolves we will look to acquire larger companies to extend our portfolio, diversify our investments and open our platform up to 3rd party investors. As private investors we are able to act quickly and decisively to develop deals that can give frustrated business owners a dignified exit.
