Sibly's coaches are led by Dr. Paula Wilbourne, who previously served as the Deputy Director of Addiction Treatment Services at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Supported by AI, coaches use proven science to help members find the internal motivation to overcome stress, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, emotional and relationship issues, so they can make sustainable changes. By engaging users where they want to be met, Sibly coaches are able to understand critical life events and map an effective plan with valuable resources designed to help achieve a state of well-being.
