I am currently acting as Human Resource Development Manager - training Electricians, Technicians, Tradeworkers and managers on finances, customer services, SHE, HR functions, Conditions of Service, also responsible for internships, apprenticeships, learnerships and monitor progress on our bursary students. i also source funding from SETA's that are relevant to our industry or supporting our skills programmes with funds. Draft workplace skills plan, policy, strategy, attend meetings of provincial SETA and local bargaining forums.
