We provide our clients with data-based processing methods and full process control on all injection molding presses through our SHOTSCOPE™ NX system located at each machine center, with remote access for management. With a comprehensive in-house tool room, we have the ability to manufacture all domestic tooling on-site and properly take care of our client's assets in the most efficient manner when running production. Additionally, our customers can leverage the benefit of our 3D printed tooling capabilities by receiving their physical prototype parts in production grade materials for proper diagnostic and performance testing. Our facility contains 28T-390T all electric machinery, Class 7 & Class 8 cleanroom operations and the latest Robotic automation technology.
