The BRBC BizTek Recruitment Partnership facilitates BizTek's continued development as an International Recruitment Consultancy, whilst enabling BRBC's desire to add a Recruitment arm to its European B2B Business Model. BRBC is a B2B trade agency originally established to facilitate British and Romanian business connections resulting from Romania's membership of the EU, effective 1st January 2014. BRBC is based in Romania and the UK. However with Clients across Europe wanting to engage with Romania, BRBC's service scope now encompasses the whole of Europe. The BizTek BRBC Partnership provides Permanent and Contract Recruitment Services across Europe driven from its Romanian (and / or UK offices). BizTek's Partnership with BRBC brings additional services to its core recruitment agency portfolio. BizTek already has extensive experience in recruitment and its Directors have worked at the forefront of legislative changes within Recruitment and Immigration over the past 20 years. BizTek's Partnership with BRBC brings additional services with BRBC's reach into Trade Organisations, Governmental Bodies and Embassies. Of course BRBC's presence in Romania gives BizTek a new recruitment base to bring low cost recruitment services that in unison with its UK operation and BRBC, can service recruitment across Europe and into Romania in support of business outsourcing to this country as facilitated by BRBC.
