Since our humble beginnings in 1984 when Bill Verner set up a small office in Southeast Georgia to strictly process claims for a couple of Insurers running off abandoned programs, we have evolved into a full service administrator. The current management team we have assembled to run the sales and operations of our company have over 200 combined years in both the Insurance and Heavy Equipment industries. This coupled with our current insurer, Amtrust International, part of Amtrust Financial Services Inc., a NASDAQ traded $7 Billion+ company gives us all the tools required to offer not only warranty and service contract programs to fit any manufacturer or dealer needs, but also the ability to structure physical damage and loss damage waiver products as well.
