Founded in 1994, Control Data Systems is a privately owned technology company located in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. CDS specializes in custom development of software and hardware using the latest and most advanced technologies available. Having a unique ability to draw from a local pool of talented engineers the company has succesfully delivered over time several R&D prototypes in the areas of wireless communications, IP based sensing networks and remote video surveillance as well as complex distributed software systems for data processing and presentation. After the latest change in ownership and management in the second half of 2011, the company has focused on delivering integrated, end to end solutions comprising all the system elements from sensors to communication devices and to cloud based control centers. In doing so, we have preserved the custom approach mentality, treating each project individually and delivering each time the exact unique system that responds to our customer's needs.
