we are just about two years into this project and have done a tremendous amount of clean up, brush clearing and grading and now have a 4-acre base camp, a 950' X 72' wide runway-film road on top of the e-w running mesa that includes a helipad and a small road racing course around the perimeter. All of it was designed for dynamic vehicle photography and filming with significant consideration of lighting. By design, one gate controls total access for stunt and special effects safety. We have a 2,800 acre prison shares our Southern border and their facilities are two valleys to our south and completely out of sight. A private oilfield defines the Western border and we own or control approximately 400 acres to the North and East creating a very closed and private environment. We are seeking an investor to participate in approximately 100,000 square feet of asphalt paving and hope to have that completed by the end of 2021. In the interim, there is 400 acres of natural mountainous terrain, several miles of dirt roads, oil wells, heritage oak tree groves, scenic viewpoints, challenging ATV/ UTV trails, private firing range with targets up to 140 yards. sea container village, a variety or heavy equipment and a 1955 Airstreme trailer.
