Such aim is provided through careful application of a systematic approach to: development management, mechanical and electrical systems design, project management, commissioning, and operation. The design approach adopted for each project ensures that the allocated resources are used appropriately to complete the project successfully within budget and on schedule. This is obtained through the involvement of various stakeholders including the Client, administrators, financial advisers, designers and contractors in order to not only understand the project goals and requirements, but also to ensure these are delivered accordingly.
