From sourcing to booking to tracking and payment all aspects of the process can be handled on the web or over a mobile application. Our belief is that by automating key processes we can operate more efficiently than traditional service providers by passing on these cost savings to both our carrier and shipper customers. Here at Open Mile, we are not just bringing a technology change, we are changing the attitude of the truckload transportation industry by focusing on "honesty" and "transparency". We are always open to sharing pricing information, key performance metrics and historical results in an effort to bring "trust" into the equation between all parties in the transportation process.
