APDI works with Business Partners in many African and Middle Eastern countries. Our aim is to help and assist the Business Partners to grow the services and infrastructure and solutions business. APDI specializes in providing IBM & Lenovo Services and is also the distributor of Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions, Scale Computing and Tegsoft across Africa and the Middle-East. APDI works with current IBM and Lenovo Business Partners and Authorized Warranty Service Providers (AWSP) by assisting them with Services Sales, Parts Management, Importation and Clearance, as we have vast experience in the IBM services business worldwide. APDI prides itself on being a completely independent entity, and can therefore fully support the IBM channel model; do not favor specific Partners; have no vested interest in specific IBM Business Partners. We are always in touch with our customers as we provide regular feedback to all parties on the progress for each request (pricing, call logged, configurations etc). We constantly analyse and measure the outcomes of our actions to improve our services and enhance your customer satisfaction levels.
