Bencon also provides advisory services on technology and financing to large energy consumers interested in generating their own electricity or in implementing energy efficient measures. We also help investors/HNI carry out due diligence on potential renewable energy investments. Bencon is committed to create a clean energy future. Our projects are designed to provide sustainable, environmentally friendly and secure sources of renewable energy. Our main focus areas are: • helping business partners access investment funding to facilitate the installation of solar PV systems for their clients without it costing the client any capital whatsoever • helping clients save money on their ever increasing energy bills by generating their own electricity, without requiring them to invest any capital whatsoever Working along clients: • Clients trust us to finance, install, monitor and maintain solar PV systems at minimal cost • The electricity generated from the solar PV systems, which is consumed on site, is purchased by our clients at heavily discounted rates or as agreed upon escalation each year, for 10 to 15 years • After 15 years, ownership of the solar PV systems transfer to our clients who then enjoy 100% free solar PV electricity, for the remaining life of the system Working along partners: • We help partners unlock their client base and enhance their customer proposition by being able to offer partially or fully funded solar PV systems sized between 10kWp – 350kWp • We further provide solutions to our partners to trade electricity further making it a viable solution
