Wilsons is a dynamic and progressive law firm established in February of 2007 providing comprehensive professional legal services. We have more than 30 lawyers and a total staff of over 40 spread between our offices in Prague, Czech Republic and Bratislava, Slovak Republic. Wilsons also supports its clients' businesses in other CEE countries, through a network of "best friends" law firms, providing corresponding premium legal services. We primarily focus on four core areas of law, being: • Corporate/M&A, including insolvency and restructuring • Real Estate • Corporate, Real Estate and Project Financing • Antitrust/Competition and Regulatory. Each department is headed by a Partner with extensive experience in the relevant field of law, gained at one the worlds leading law firms.
