The Gym Crowd

The Gym Crowd was created by a bunch of fitness fanatics and techy guys who wanted to get back into shape. The process of locating a gym, personal trainer, finding running events, finding a dietitian etc. was a time consuming and a laborious one, so we set about creating a site where novices to professionals can meet and discuss the sports and techniques they are passionate about. The information on fitness, diet, nutrition and well being is a vast and heavy opinionated one with lots always going on as you jump for site to site, we wanted to centralise most the information and bring together professionals to advise on the best options.
