Plan for Ecology Ltd is an ecological consultancy that provides ecology surveys in Cornwall, Devon, Somerset and throughout the UK. We routinely undertake Phase 1 Habitat surveys, Ecological Impact Assessment (EcIA), Preliminary Ecological Appraisals (PEA), Habitat Regulations Assessments (HRA), Appropriate Assessments (AA) and Biodiversity Metric Calculations, together with detailed species surveys (including surveys for bats, dormouse, badger, reptiles, birds and invertebrate species) to inform planning applications and conservation management plans. Plan for Ecology Ltd provides impartial advice, and professional, efficient and cost-effective ecological services. Our portfolio ranges from single housing plots and the modernization of listed buildings, to large residential and industrial developments, pipeline installation, wind turbines and solar PV farms. We routinely act as 'an ecological clerk of works' and acquire European Protected Species (EPS) and CL21 mitigation licences on behalf of our clients.
