At Onego Bio we are shaping the future of food by harnessing living microorganisms for protein production. By using a sustainable and efficient precision fermentation process, we're producing Bioalbumen®, the animal-free egg white. The positive impact of our technology does not only contribute positively on the environment and animal welfare but also has a profound impact on supply chain stability, global health and food security. This technology allows us to produce bioidentical egg protein and thus provide people with food that is sustainable, tasty, and healthy—without cutting any corners or making any compromises. Our company is a spin-off from VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland and salutes the remarkable work done by VTT for the next level cellular agriculture products and applications.
