Consumer Reports recently published findings from a study they've been conducting since 2012 to rate "key aspects of customer service care" across 22 industries. Credit unions were rated the best industry with a score of 90 out of 100. And, SchoolsFirst FCU ranked the best among all credit unions nationwide. We serve school employees and their families across the state of California. As the largest education-based credit union in the U.S., and the fifth largest credit union by asset size, our financial stability can be attributed to one thing: continually providing our Members with world-class personal service to help them better their financial lives.
