My mission as owner of Natural Health Matters is to provide a free online consumer resource for healthy living the natural way based on a mixture of nutrition and herbals. As a Holistic Health Practitioner and writer of alternative medicine for over a decade my background focuses on treating the whole person in a traditionally naturopathic form. I wholeheartedly believe that holistic healthcare is the future of medicine and healthcare as a whole.
