Oserian begun as a family owned vegetable growing farm in 1969, with a 5 hectare production area and 6 employees. Oserian gradually evolved into the first cut flower production farm in 1982. Provides the complete welfare of nearly 4,600 employees in health, housing, education and entertainment. Supports 3,000 plus employee dependents. Implemented a participative management culture and an open door policy in operation. Various groups have been established for the employees including Shop Stewards, Joint Body (who administer the FairTrade Premium), Gender Committee and Health and Safety Committee
