Asset Management Many times the development projects that PMJ Co. gets involved with, it will become its custodian. Financing More often than not, getting capital is the most difficult part of real estate development or related projects. PMJ Co. enjoys the flexibility of having its own capital to fund projects, and several capable, key partners that know and trust our work. Various types of debt and tax credit financing are thus possible. Partners and LLC members have and always will be a high priority. PMJ Co. honors its commitments and thus has enjoyed ongoing business relationships. To date, it has been involved in over $50,000,000 of multi-owner projects.
