After over 25 years, innovating, developing, delivering performance in the end to end Supply Chain mostly, in e-commerce, I have decided to create my own consulting business to help more companies to transform towards excellence in Supply Chain. In a world where customers take more and more ownership of their purchasing experience and raise their expectations, no company can be successful without impeccable, innovative and agile Logistics and Supply Chain. Companies need to embed this into their strategy, not only to their supply chain, but to the entire company vision. I had the chance to learn from a company where Logistic and Supply chain were at the heart of the business and a cornerstone of the business model. It now feels natural to me, however I realize that this is not the case everywhere, yet. I do believe that I can help in bringing this culture, mindset, way of thinking to other organizations, to make a real difference in the way they serve and delight customers. I was one of the architects of the European construction of the world fastest growing company's Supply Chain. I managed Fulfillment, Inventory strategy, Transportation, Network design and Customer enhancement. I shaped the organization and hired hundreds of talented individuals in operations management, project management, data analytic and people management to build the supply chain that delights customers everyday now.
