The Madariaga – College of Europe Foundation is dedicated to promoting original thinking on the role of the European Union in an era of global change, engaging citizens and international partners in a creative debate on the issues that shape Europe's future. Its current programmes are focused in two core areas, each reflecting a major challenge for the Union: Challenging Citizens EU-China programme Within the framework of these broad programmes, the MCF runs events and projects aimed squarely at fostering a lively debate on the ways forward for the Union. The MCF's unique network of contacts within the European institutions and beyond ensures that all its activities involve the key stakeholders.
