Our services include global sourcing o made to order consumer merchandise, identifying markets and vendors for required product; providing product development assistance; sampling; order placement; on-site production tracking, quality assurance, social accountability, and human rights due diligence etc. We do not operate as a manufacturer or trading company brokering or selling merchandise to our clients. Rather, we focus strictly on representing our client's global procurement requirements. We represent only the interests of, and only receive compensation from, our clients. We are also the only sourcing company in the industry recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies, a 10 time honoree. As compensation for our services, we charge a commission of the FOB value of the merchandise shipped, subject to certain agreed minimums.
