Nutrition is a major factor in everything the body experiences. My aim is to help people improve their physical and mental health naturally. During personal consultations, my holistic approach treats the whole person, seeking out the source of problems, not simply treating the symptoms. As no two people are the same, every treatment is personalised to the individual. Via wellness workshops to corporates, small business groups and at events, I aim to show people that improving their health and reducing their risk of illness is possible via simple dietary and lifestyle enhancements.
