CC ENERGY LIMITED ("CCE") is a privately owned upstream oil and gas exploration & production (E&P) company which through its subsidiary CC Energy Development S.A.L. ("CCED") has operations in the Sultanate of Oman. CCED currently produces in excess of 40,000 bopd and is the 4th largest upstream E&P operator in Oman in terms of production volumes. In addition to the continued growth of the Oman asset, CCE is also focused on growing a material E&P portfolio in the United States by participating in high-quality exploration and development opportunities, and through the acquisition of interests in producing properties with significant growth potential.
