We are licensed in the State of Texas with the Secretary of State (License #801075039) and we have posted a surety bond as required by state law. We also are certified with NACSO (National Association of Credit Service Organizations) and with CDIA (Consumer Data Industry Association) as having successfully met the conditions of eligibility and passing the required examinations regarding Credit Service Organizations and Fair Credit Reporting Act. CCS is also committed to follow the laws that govern Credit Service Organizations in order to maintain the integrity of our industry and to treat our clients with the honesty and respect that they deserve.
