MSA's mission is to fill the gap of Africa's talk is cheap maintenance culture by being a credible solution. Our corporate mission is to do everything possible to immortalize Africa's development by monumentalizing projects, programmes and policies. Our cardinal conviction is that the African development challenge is hugely a maintenance and sustainability challenge and until that is dealt with there is actually no foundation for continuous development. What is the MSA approach of maintenance and sustainability? From our perspective of viewing the African situation, our approach to solving the problem is building partnerships with Governments, NG0s and African development partners to first of all get their development projects and programmes in Africa immortalized by using our four cardinal principles:maintain, make maintenance sustainable, offer creative maintenance approaches and make maintenance cost bearable. Our presence on the continent therefore is an excellent platform to guarantee a win-win solution to a chronic challenge of Africa's development. We in MSA will bear the even more difficult burden of maintaining and sustaining development efforts in a way that benefits Governments, Development partners and NGOs so that their effort targeted at Africa's development will be kept for posterity.
