Growth Lending has been supporting SMEs since 2011, when we first noticed a missing link in the funding lifecycle for growing businesses. Since then we have supported firms with all kinds of funding requirements – from smoothing out cash flow to raising capital for product development and expansion. While we have grown significantly during this time, some things have remained the same: much like the firms we support, we do things a little bit differently. A human-first lending approach enables us to be agile and flexible, with decisions made by people, not machines.
