USSC was founded in 1958 as Radio Communications of the Philippines, Inc. or RCPI. Over the past 60 years, it has continually evolved, dependent on market needs. After a management buy-out in 2005, the company changed its name to USSC. From a telegraph company to one of the largest one-stop shops in the country, USSC Service Stores have grown.
